As a Beauty & Massage Therapist, my name is Shelby Lee Beadon I synonymous with pampering, relaxation, and transformation. From the moment I discovered my passion for beauty and wellness, I knew that I was destined to make a career out of it. And now, after years of dedication and hard work, I've become a sought-after expert in the industry.

**Early Beginnings**

Growing up, I was always fascinated by the way people presented themselves to the world. I would spend hours watching makeup tutorials on the internet, trying out different looks on my friends, and experimenting with skincare routines on myself. My parents, though initially perplexed by my fascination with beauty products and techniques, encouraged my curiosity, knowing that it brought me joy.

As I entered my teenage years, my interest in beauty only intensified. I began working part-time at a local beauty spa assisting with Varies Beauty,Massage & Reflexology and skincare treatments. It was there that I discovered my true calling – helping people feel confident and beautiful.

**Formal Education and Training**

After completing high school, I enrolled in a reputable beauty school called Elite School of Beauty to pursue my dream of becoming a fully-fledged beauty therapist. The three-year program was grueling but rewarding, teaching me the intricacies of Skin & Eye Treatments, makeup, Manicures & Pedicures,Waxing,Reflexology and nail technology. I excelled in all areas, earning top grades and gaining practical experience through internships at various spas and salons.

**Early Career**

Upon graduation, I landed a job at a high-end spa in the small town Victroia Falls Here in Zimbabwe, where I honed my skills under the guidance of experienced therapists. My attention to detail, creativity, and passion for beauty quickly earned me a loyal client base. As word-of-mouth spread about my exceptional work, I began receiving referrals from satisfied clients and professionals in the industry. I then Left & Movesdd to the Uk where i got a postion as a spa therapist for 4*-star hotel in Devon. My time there they then sent me down to london to do a massage course as I had not obtained it when i was in Beauty school. After my massage training I was able to perform all treatments confidently From Body Massages,Wraps,scrubs to My beauty treatments. I then worked there for a year. After successfully completeing my first year in Devon I then Took a Leap of faith to move up to Scotland. After having a successful interview with Isle Mull Hotel & Spa on the west coast of Scotland I then moved up from devon to the Hotel. I then worked at the Isle of Mull hotel & Spa for 1.5 Years. My time here I was able to work myself up to the head spa therapist which was a great achievment in my career. Sadly when 2020 came my life suddenly changed and I had to move to the mainland to work and live. Because 2020 was a tough year especially with having a pandemic I then Made  a Tough decsion and toatl career change and went into caring for one of the local care homes in Benderloch,Scotland just for the time being until hotels opened up again. When Hotels & spas were allowed to open again I then went back into my spa therapy. Sadly we went back into another lockdown and I had to come back to zimbabwe for personal reasons as well as because the Uk was going back into another lockdown so not only was out of a job I also had no where to stay. My time in zim was very challeging for me as I had to adjust being back and also to try find something to do to keep me busy. It took me a while to find my calling again but i found i Decided to convert a bedroom into my own little studio where i could offer treatments. I then got into Avon,Avory Shlain and Honey Fashion accessories  as well as shein. I then started Writing articled for my blog and things were good again.

**Building My Brand**

As my reputation grew, so did my desire to establish myself as a respected authority in the field. I started attending workshops and conferences to stay updated on the latest trends and techniques. I also invested in advanced certifications in specialized areas like Business skills, Reiki, and advanced Massage . This continued education allowed me to expand my skillset and offer bespoke services to clients seeking customized treatments.

**The Path to Success**

Over the years, my hard work paid off. I built a loyal client base of individuals seeking relaxation, rejuvenation, and self-care. My passion for beauty and dedication to exceptional service earned me recognition within the industry. I was invited to participate in trade shows and events as an expert speaker, sharing my knowledge with fellow professionals.

Today, as a seasoned beauty & Massage therapist with over a decade of experience under my belt, I continue to thrive in an ever-evolving industry. My studio is now renowned for its luxurious ambiance and personalized approach to beauty treatments. Clients travel from far and wide to experience my expertise in skincare, makeup artistry, Massage , Reflexology,Reiki and nail technology.

**Personal Reflections**

Looking back on my journey, I'm humbled by the incredible journey that has unfolded. From humble beginnings to building a successful career as a beauty & Massage therapist, it's been an incredible ride. Through hard work and dedication, I've not only achieved success but also made a difference in the lives of countless individuals who have walked through my doors.

As I continue to grow as a professional, I remain committed to staying at the forefront of industry trends while maintaining my focus on exceptional service and personalized attention. The art of beauty is ever-changing, but one thing remains constant – my passion for empowering individuals to feel their best selves.
